Chances of Showers Increasing Over Parts of N.M.

Associated Press
Chances of showers and thunderstorms will shift to northeastern New Mexico Friday, the National Weather Service said.
Chances for rain will diminish over the far west and northwest.
A cool front should sag into the eastern plains Friday night, ushering in higher humidity and increasing chances of rain in the region.
The front also will bring more showers and thunderstorms to the central and eastern portions of the state through Sunday. East canyon wind should pick up in the Rio Grande Valley.
Westbound low-level moisture will bring better chances of showers and thunderstorms to the Continental Divide by Sunday and Monday.
A few showers and thunderstorms dissipated this morning over central and southern New Mexico.
Low temperatures before dawn ranged from 37 degrees at Angel Fire to 78 degrees at Carlsbad.
High temperatures Wednesday ranged from 82 degrees at Angel Fire and Chama to 103 degrees at Carlsbad.
