    Letters Going to People Reported by DWI Hotline

      SANTA FE — New Mexico plans to send a warning to motorists who may drink and drive but haven't gotten caught. The state will start sending letters to the owners of automobiles that were reported to New Mexico's DrunkBuster's anti-DWI hotline.       An Albuquerque police officer who was captured on video attacking a KOB-TV news photographer has been placed on leave.
