Chavez Seeks To Trim $20M from Budget

No APD Delays, Layoffs in Plan. Mayor Martin Chavez wants to leave about 140 jobs at City Hall unfilled this year as part of about $20-million in adjustments to the city's general operating budget, which has been hammered by the tight economy.
